I just wanted to share with you what happened yesterday. I was showing vacant properties, only 1 agent had in the MLS to have the buyer sign the new hold harmless addendum prior to showing. I emailed it over to her. When I arrived at the property another agent was there showing so we waited outside. Once they came out we were surprised, NO MASKS or GLOVES on either the agent and 1 other person, just a woman had a mask, no gloves. We entered the house and within a minute the door bell rings, the agent forgot his papers in the house, now he comes in, again NO MASK or Gloves. I couldn't believe it. We took all the precautions and then had to come across this.
Once I came home I emailed the agent to notified the listing agent, she was very surprised.
With my listings I make sure the agent as well as their clients have "MASKS & GLOVES" and all respond back of course! Be smart and be safe!
