Fire Certificate info from DCA

Hi Colleen,

Yes, we are aware of that. I'm still in the wait and see. If it's a vacant house I will still do in person. If it has been occupied or is occupied at inspection time, I plan on doing a facetime inspection while outside the residence and have the realtor and or homeowner push the buttons and show me their locations and the fire extinguisher and if it passes, hand the certificate to the realtor and collect the check on site. I don't like the affidavit method. I had 3 of 11 inspections fail last Wed that the realtors swore everything was ready to go and failed. One house had 2 violations wrong.
