I love Otteau's seminars and learn a lot from them. He put together a seminar about the virus and the effects on the local NJ real estate market. I love his stats and explanation of how he came to that conclusion. It gives me charts and clear explanations for market direction for buyers and sellers. It is by far my favorite way to get CE points. Cost $89. One seminar is Weds morning and the other is next week.
