Several of you have mentioned you are working on or getting new listings that will become active/coming soon in the next few weeks. It would be helpful if you can share with all of us information about those listings. As you know, inventory is low and buyers are anxious to hear about new listings. We are also scheduling our advertising and want to be aware of upcoming listings.
The following information would be helpful:
Town
Address (if not signed yet, do not give exact address - maybe general location)
Price (or price range)
Description (style, bedrooms, baths, garage - short 'write up" to describe property)
When you think it will become active. When it will be able to be shown.
If your seller is allowing an "office exclusive" (waiver of broker cooperation) - please inform.
We are not bound by 'coming soon" restrictions if sharing with our office agents.
