Please give us real examples of how your buyers and sellers are reacting to The Coronavirus Pandemic. It is important your management team know how this is impacting your business so we can prepare and give you the best advice etc.
Buyers:
Please share individual situations when buyers have decided NOT to look at homes; have decided to postpone looking at homes or any other "stories" that you can share. The questions they have asked, the concerns they have, the concerns you have etc, etc, etc.
Sellers
Has a property seller "withdrawn" listing?; requested no more showings; asked what to do - Decided not to put their home on the market etc, etc, etc,
Renters - same as above.
Share what you are individually and personally doing right now as far as client appointments (showings, listing appointments etc).
